We offer international shipping.

Since all our watches are made to order, it will take at least 5 days for production and assembly before it gets shipped out. From there, depending on where you are located, you will receive your watch within 2-14 days.

Yes you can. Firstly, you have to choose “Metal Caseback” during the configuration of your watch. Then type in the text that you want engraved into the text box under the “Additional Information” section on the checkout page. Note that if you select “Glass Caseback” you won’t be able to get engravings.

Yes, all our watches are water resistant up to 100m/330ft.

We use the NH35A automatic movement manufactured by Seiko. This movement has hacking and hand-winding. It has a 41 hour power reserve and runs at 21,600 bph.

For New Zealand sales, we ship out from NZ itself. For international sales, we ship out from Singapore, as shipping internationally is much faster from there.

We do not yet have physical stores. However if you are located in either New Zealand or Singapore, you are welcome to come see the watch first before purchase.

Yes, we have a one year warranty. Should the movement stop running, send it back to us and we will replace/repair the watch. (Excluding human error)

Founded in 2011, Stripe is a popular payment processing and merchant services company. It is accredited with the Better Business Bureau and maintains an A+ rating. Stripe offers a global payment system that can accept over 135 currencies. We use it to accept credit/debit card payments in our store.
